During our visit to Wan Hing Care Center in Seri Kembangan, we met a well-equipped elderly care centre operating across a three-storey commercial building with approximately 65 beds and facilities designed to support residents with different mobility and daily care needs.
During the session, our team demonstrated how to apply Bian Wound Care Gel and assisted with several types of wounds, including pressure sores, diabetic ulcers, abrasion wounds and post-surgical wounds.
We also shared how the gel helps maintain a moist wound environment while its EGF (Oligopeptide-1) component supports the skin’s natural regeneration process as part of ongoing wound care.
Being able to work directly with the caregivers and assist with actual wound care made the visit especially meaningful, while giving the team greater confidence in incorporating Bian Wound Care Gel into their regular care routine.
Our goal is not only to provide a wound care product, but to support caregivers with practical guidance so they can continue caring for their residents with greater confidence.
