At OCA DISTRIBUTION SDN BHD, we strive to ensure all products delivered meet our quality standards. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery

Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging

Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, invoice) is required
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item

Provide photos/videos for verification

We will arrange replacement or refund accordingly
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Used or damaged items (not due to manufacturing defect)

4. Refund Process

Shipping Policy

We currently provide delivery services across:

Malaysia (West & East Malaysia)

Singapore (limited service)
2. Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are carried out from Monday to Friday

No deliveries on public holidays
3. Delivery Time
After your order has been shipped:

West Malaysia (Peninsular): 2–5 working days

East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5–10 working days
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp.
It is highly recommended to track your parcel status in real-time via the EasyParcel tracking system to know when an attempt has been made.

4. Shipping Fees

5. Change of Delivery Details

Changes to delivery address are not allowed after payment has been made.
