OCA Distribution had the opportunity to meet with the Director General of Malaysian Armed Forces Veteran Affairs to introduce our care solutions and share how our products may support the comfort and daily care needs of veterans.
During the meeting, we discussed the different needs of veterans at various stages of life ā including those who remain active, those who have retired, and veterans who spend more time receiving care at home.
The discussion also focused on how suitable care products can be made more accessible to veterans through a more convenient and effective distribution channel. By understanding how veterans currently obtain their daily care products, we explored ways to make the purchasing and distribution process easier and more accessible.
This meaningful discussion gave us valuable insight into how OCA can continue developing practical care solutions while working towards better product accessibility for the veteran community.
