Long-Term Wound Support · Bian Wound Care Gel · Caregiver Guidance · Continued Care

During our visit to Cherish Care Centre in Seri Kembangan, we met patients who require ongoing care and attention as part of their daily lives.

Among them were two patients living with wounds that had persisted for a long period of time — one with a pressure sore and another with an ulcer wound. Despite continued care, both wounds had been slow to close, making wound management an important part of their everyday routine.

Rather than simply introducing a product, we wanted to understand what the patients and their caregivers were facing and see how we could offer meaningful support.

Our team provided the centre with a bottle of Bian Wound Care Gel to incorporate into their ongoing wound care routine. The gel helps maintain a moist wound environment while supporting the skin's natural regeneration process — an important part of creating suitable conditions for wound recovery.

We also shared with the caregivers how the gel can be used consistently as part of their regular wound care, so that the patients can continue receiving support beyond our visit.

For us, this Home Care Campaign is not only about bringing products into care centres.

It is about being closer to the people who may need them, understanding the challenges caregivers face, and providing support that can continue even after we leave.

We hope that through continued care and careful monitoring, both patients can make positive progress in their wound recovery journey.

Sometimes, support begins with something small — listening, understanding, and being there when care is needed.
